How to Participate

The first steps in the Kalispell Brownfield Program are to meet with City staff to discuss the Kalispell Brownfield Program, your re-development goals for the property and how your property may fit with the project goals and priorities. Upon a verbal or written request to participate in the Kalispell Brownfield Program, the proposed assessment is forwarded to the Brownfield Steering Committee for review. With Steering Committee concurrence, a Site Eligibility Form will be completed and submitted to EPA for approval. Prior to any site assessment work, an Access Agreement will be completed.
