Overview

Kalispell Municipal Court handles misdemeanor criminal cases, search warrants, city ordinance violations, municipal infractions, Order of Protection and civil cases. Kalispell Municpal Court also operates a DUI Court which offers treatment, ongoing drug testing, and frequent court monitoring, all of which contribute to community safety.
