Complete the form below to request court records. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for research to be completed.

Costs:

• Search of Court records per year, per name: $.50 (not to exceed $25.00)
• Copies: $.50 per page for the first 5 pages of each requested record and $.25 per page thereafter
• Faxing: $1.00 per page
• Certification: $2.00

*Requested research information will be held for 2 weeks from the application date. If request results are not picked up and paid for within that time period, any additional requests will not be processed without a $20.00 deposit.
