DUE TO THE INCREASE IN CONSTRUCTION IN OUR VALLEY PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT COMMERCIAL PLAN REVIEW HAS A LEAD TIME OF 8 WEEKS AND RESIDENTIAL PLAN REVIEW HAS A LEAD TIME OF 2 WEEKS.

Electronic plan review eliminates the need to produce multiple copies of plan documents. As well as cutting down on trips to City Hall for plan drop off, revisions and pick up. Unfortunately, we cannot accept scanned plans please send PDF versions.
