5th Alley EN Sewer Main Replacement Project

The following information is being released by JR Civil of Montana as a Public Advisory.
FULL ROAD CLOSURE: Work Area 3-1: Intersection of 2nd St E and the alleyway between 4th Ave E and 5th Ave E.
Start Date and Duration: Work to commence on 3/20/23. Tentatively anticipate 5 days to complete this work.
GENERAL NOTES: Through traffic at this intersection along 2nd St E and the associated alleyway will not be permitted. Access to residences will remain available.

The following information is being released by JR Civil of Montana as a Public Advisory.
FULL ROAD CLOSURE:
o Alley between 4th Ave East and 5th Ave East will be fully closed from 2nd Street East to 3rd Street East and NOT accessible to residents
o 2nd Street East shall remain open to through traffic
o The intersection of 3rd Street East and the alley between 4th Ave East and 5th Ave East will be fully closed and open ONLY to local residents
Start Date and Duration: Work to commence on 5/1/23 and should be expected to be completed in approximately two weeks.
GENERAL NOTES:
• Residents will have access to their homes on 4th Ave East and 5th Ave East.
• If any construction equipment needs to access the alley via 2nd Street East, a spotter will be utilized to monitor traffic.

The following information is being released by JR Civil of Montana as a Public Advisory.
LANE CLOSURE ON CENTER STREET E (Work Area 3-3), SOUTHERN LANE (EASTBOUND) TO BE CLOSED:
- From the intersection of Alley between 4th Ave E and 5th Ave E and Center Street up to the intersection of Center Street and 4th Ave E., the southern (eastbound lane) will be closed.
- The intersection of 4th Ave E and Center Street E will remain open.
Start Date and Duration: Work to commence on 4/24/23. Anticipate one (1) week to complete this work and open the area back up to traffic.
GENERAL NOTES:
- The northern lane (westbound lane) on E. Center Street will remain open for Westbound traffic only.
- Access to driveways will be limited during working hours. Residents will have access to all driveways at the end of each day.

FULL ROAD CLOSURE: Work Area 3-2:
- 1st St E between 4th Ave E and 5th Ave E.
- Alley between 4th Ave E and 5th Ave E from E Center St. to 2nd St. E
Start Date and Duration: Work to commence on 4/10/23. Anticipate three (3) weeks to complete this work and open the area back up to traffic.
GENERAL NOTES: Alley will be closed between Center Street and 2nd St. E. 1st St. E will be closed between 4th Ave E and 5th Ave E. 2nd St. E will be open during this phase of the project. Access to residences will remain available on 4th Ave E and 5th Ave E.
