Alley between 4th Ave E and 5th Ave E Natural Gas Main Relocation

NorthWestern Energy will be relocating the gas main located in the alley between 4th Ave E and 5th Ave E starting south of the intersection with 2nd St E and running south through the intersection at 6th Street East.

The work is scheduled to start on Monday, April 10, 2023 and is expected to last several weeks. Work will begin at approximately 8:00 am and continue to 5:00 pm each day, Monday through Friday.

During this time, the alley will be closed to traffic. Solid waste containers will be relocated to the street at ends of the alley and moved back into the alley at the completion of construction. Residents who access their driveways in the alley will need to find alternate parking areas on side streets during this time period.
