NorthWestern Energy Replacing Natural Gas Pipeline Along 8th Ave W and 11th St W

March 15, 2023– NorthWestern Energy is replacing an existing natural gas pipeline along the west side of 8th Avenue West and the south side of 11th Street West in the Kalispell area. Traffic detours are required for the safety of the crews and the public.

Construction will begin March 20 and will last about five weeks.

Work will begin at the intersection of 11th Street West and 7th Avenue West. It will proceed west to 8th Avenue West and then proceed north along 8th Avenue West to the intersection of 8th Street West.

The project will allow NorthWestern Energy to continue to provide reliable, safe energy service at the most affordable cost to our customers in the area.
