Various Closures - Water & Sewer Main Replacement Project

The following information is being released by JR Civil of Montana as a Public Advisory. JR Civil is finishing construction of this project and has work remaining at various locations throughout the project area. The roads, alleys and intersections listed here will not be closed entirely for the duration from 8-11-23 thru 8-25-23, but rather will have intermittent closures ONLY when remaining work is being completed in those areas.
INTERMITTENT ROAD CLOSURE: Starting 8-11-23 and Ending 8-25-23
o 2nd St East will be fully closed from 4th Ave East to 5th Ave East
o 4th St East will be fully closed from 4th Ave East to 5th Ave East
o 5th St East will be fully closed from 4th Ave East to 5th Ave East
o 6th St East will be fully closed from 4th Ave East to 5th Ave East

INTERMITTENT ALLEY CLOSURE: Starting 8-11-23 and Ending 8-25-23
The Alley between 2nd Ave East and 3rd Ave East will be fully closed from 2nd St East to 3rd Street East

INTERMITTENT INTERSECTION CLOSURES: Starting 8-11-23 and Ending 8-25-23
o The following intersections will be fully closed
 2nd St East between 4th Ave East and 5th Ave East
 4th St East between 4th Ave East and 5th Ave East
 5th St East between 4th Ave East and 5th Ave East
 6th St East between 4th Ave East and 5th Ave East

GENERAL NOTES: The roads, alleys and intersections listed above will ONLY be closed the day they are being worked on – not the full length of scheduled dates. The remaining work is for final surfacing and clean-up of the project area and the project is anticipated to be completed on 8-25-23.
All work in dates mentioned is for repairs to work for final completion.
